Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management, including management of EHS compliance for industrial facilities.
- Experience in the construction industry in Malaysia.
- Ability to communicate in English and Malay fluently in order to interact with contractors and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification from Board of Certified Safety Professionals, NEBOSH or equivalent agency.
- 15 years of experience in construction or similar EHS related industry.
- Experience communicating with Federal, State and Local Authorities regarding EHS issues.
- Experience in working with international stakeholders and concurrently managing multiple projects.
- Experience in managing construction works within the operational space.
- Experience in working in a construction/high-tech environment.
