As Head of Agencies, France, you will be responsible for the ongoing, day-to-day execution of the Agency's Investment strategy for the French market. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Advertising Sales who will have ownership at a high level of the Agency Investment relationships. You will also work very closely with the senior Trading leaders.
This role will report to the Head of Advertising Sales - France.
Key Responsibilities:
Ownership in developing and executing Agency-focused sales for FR to deliver revenue targets and exceed Agency partner expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with all major Agency Holding groups and related Operating Company Agencies to secure ad partnerships and increase share of investment.
Develop a high-level sales ‘go-to-market’ strategy for the overall FR Agency Account portfolio.
Leverage Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive the ad commercialization approach: annual soft commitments, product offers, seasonal promotions, etc.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity and identify opportunities for innovation.
We’re Looking for:
Extensive experience in advertising (including sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading Agency sales at the Group level.
Previous experience in TV advertising or Digital Advertising is required.
Deep understanding of the Media Agencies/Holding Companies in France.
An established network of relationships at a senior level (Director, C-level) - in particular with Agency Heads of Trading.
Strong analytical (strategic and creative) capabilities and judgment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross‐functionally.
Open to the challenge of starting a new business, comfortable with risk, uncertainty, and ambiguity.
