Balance Sheet Management Lead Analyst - Hybrid

Responsibilities:
Critical role responsible for production, review and monitoring of Local Liquidity Regulatory reporting and associated regulatory engagement / liquidity rule interpretation matters - these reports are generated Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly and require significant attention to detail and regulatory awareness to ensure timely and accurate submission to the local Regulators.
Requires intensive knowledge of local regulation, interpretation, assessment and industry participation to perform deep dives and thematic reviews on bank's liquidity metrics, contingency funding plans and internal stress testing.
Includes periodic gap assessment against regulatory compliance and annual methodology reviews to comply with policy requirements.
Exposure to Citi’s balance sheet and develop understanding of data and technology infrastructure supporting the liquidity reporting process, driving process automation and streamlining.
Performs other duties and functions as assigned
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field preferred,
8-10+ years of experience in Finance
Must have attention to detail, advanced analytical skills but also the ability to see the big picture
Excellent communication skills are imperative i.e. ability to make complex subjects easily digestible for senior management
Exercises proven Power Point and Excel skills
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to interact with all levels of management Must be a team player
