WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
monthly business reviews with ‘Direct’ (Stores + Digital) team, making recommendations on business optimizations based on data insights
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
Partner with Geo stakeholders to develop & recommend key metrics & data visualizations to support andoptimizebusiness
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in DTC consumer analytics and e-commerce to help the business read and react to consumer moments and marketplace dynamics
Support ad hoc data analytics requests as needed
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree inbusiness, strategy, statistics,decision science, or other relatedbusinesstechnical field
+ years of relevant professional experience preferred
Experience withkey digital marketing KPIs and familiarity with analyticstoolssuch as Adobe,SQL,Optimizely, Content Square, Salesforce,etc
in data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Looker,etc)
History of analytical team collaboration and building collaborative business partner relationships
Advanced verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting results to senior leadership
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple work streams
