As Executive Director of the ConnectWealth UMA Program, you will provide strategic leadership for one of the industry's most significant transformations, managing a team of professionals while orchestrating change across 100+ systems and 7 Product Areas. Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Drive program strategy and execution, including change management and innovation.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams while managing governance and risk.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with executive leadership and steering committees to align business and technology.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence strategic decisions.

Delivery & Risk Excellence

• Oversee program delivery and ensure quality and compliance across integrated systems.
• Lead risk management, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

Executive Experience

• Over 15 years in large scale program management with a focus on enterprise transformations and wealth management.
• Proven leadership in developing senior teams and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.

Leadership Competencies

• Strong strategic vision, execution capability, and executive communication skills.
• Excellence in people leadership, mentoring, and managing complex organizational dynamics.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with preferred experience in Python and JIRA.
