PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

The Consultant role will be at the core of our customers and of SAPs success and is primarily a strategic relationship function, accountable for the overall services and support engagement and successful delivery of DBS services.

• Application specific solution consulting (TM - Implementation: creation of business blueprint, Execution based on a blue print, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support. Agile methodology use cases.)
• Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
• Support of pre-sales activities such as commercial proposals

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

• Live and breath the cloud business model and the subsequent implications in regards to the implementation & post-implementation service business
• Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and referenceability for S/4HANA Cloud customers
• Understand the S/4HANA Cloud business capabilities and value, differentiate S/4HANA Cloud and On-Premise solutions
• Promote methodology, tools and processes to ensure successful customer adoption
• Deliver agile services in a fast-changing environment
• Support the industrialization of the implementation process
• Understand and practice value-based “fit to standard” delivery approach
• Support and Deliver transition roadmaps between on-prem and Cloud solutions
• Understand the adoption of the value based innovation roadmap and guide the customer in their journey
• Demonstrating knowledge of modeling standards and tools.
• Being able to map and re-define business process in the Supply chain .
• Understand Customer Success promoting BUSINESS OUTCOMES

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Functional Experience with minimum TWO year in Logistics applications.
• Experience implementation in SAP TM or Logistics Processes
• Being involved at least on a ONE full cycle implementation in SAP TM.
• Good understanding of cross industry and specific planning of business processes
• Understands the Business Process in the Supply Chain.

Knowledge in Supply Chain Management processes: Logistics execution and delivery management, inventory analytics and control, inventory management & batch control, Kanbam, warehouse management, Transportation Management,MM, FI/CO and knowledge of LE-TRA.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• University degree or equivalent work experience
• English: Professional
• Spanish fluent
