Field Sales – Energy Efficiency & Sustainability DACH

The Field Sales professional proactively identifies, develops , and manages a disciplined sales process from start to finish (Lead to PO). You will establish and develop strategic commercial relationships with key customers , by anticipating customers sustainability needs and requirements ensuring that the most compliant value proposition is set forth to meet every step of the way from sale to execution. The role will be expected to deliver strong profitable top line growth in the form of new customers acquisition and new opportunities;

You will be able to demonstrate important knowledge of the customers’ business, strategic drivers, ability to translate their sustainability vision into added value Smart Technology Solutions and related financial requirements in order to discuss and leverage strategic business case in line with Green Deal and RRP Germany /Austria and similar programs in Switzerland in conversation with the highest levels of the organization. You will be able to identify key stakeholders and decision makers within the customer business. You have extensive knowledge on the way to market by using facilitators, consultants, general contractor, advisors/planners etc. in the assigned region. You will also be able to collaborate internally with multiple functions across the organisation to ensure delivery of high-quality customer propositions and have a structured approach, using a robust Management Operating System (MOS) to ensure all essential sales forecasting and reporting requirements are fulfilled on time.

The Skillset

A proven track record of success in selling Building Technology solutions, Energy Efficiency and/or Renewable Energy Solutions.

Knowledge of ESCO market, Energy Performance contracting (EPC)

Has a network with important accounts with energy efficiency, energy resilience and/or decarbonisation targets

Strong say do ratio when it comes to deliver on results

Ability to think strategically and creatively to bring the best value propositions and execute these till closure of a contract

High sense of urgency, agile and goal orientation (thrives in fast paced environment)

Strong intellectual curiosity with excellent presentation skills

Executive level relationship building skills

Languages : fluent in English and German with other languages being an asset
