Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in corporate finance at a multinational organization managing global initiatives.
Experience with program management and process improvements.
Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact with internal and external partner teams.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA, Master's, JD degree, or relevant certification in Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience with financial systems and processes, including SEC filings/financial statements.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple projects, and manage multiple teams simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to influence across all levels and functions of the organization and partner effectively.
Ability to take initiative to address problems and make continuous process improvements.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
