Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in corporate finance at a multinational organization managing global initiatives.
- Experience with program management and process improvements.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact with internal and external partner teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA, Master's, JD degree, or relevant certification in Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience with financial systems and processes, including SEC filings/financial statements.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple projects, and manage multiple teams simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to influence across all levels and functions of the organization and partner effectively.
- Ability to take initiative to address problems and make continuous process improvements.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
