Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, production engineering, or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a “big picture” perspective.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with web applications, databases, and distributed complex systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Datadog or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira)
  • Familiarity with incident management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Hebrew is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and think strategically in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points:

  • Exposure to AWS serverless architecture and CloudWatch.
  • Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Serve as a key escalation point for complex technical issues, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and effective resolution for customers.
  • Maintain and monitor production environments to uphold system reliability, availability, and optimal performance.
  • Proactively monitor infrastructure and applications, leveraging data analysis and custom tooling to detect, investigate, and prevent issues before they impact users.
  • Design and implement monitoring solutions and operational procedures that enhance system stability and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional incident response efforts, coordinating across teams to drive rapid resolution, root cause analysis, and long-term mitigation strategies.
