As an intern, you will partner with senior Data Center Operations (DCO) leaders and colleagues to learn how to deliver network and compute infrastructure in data centers. You will receive training to provide day-to-day assistance with capacity management and data center operations, including Break & Fix support.
Key job responsibilities
- Basic knowledge in most aspects of installation and troubleshooting of networking hardware, software and fiber connectivity, combined with a background in project delivery methodology is desirable.
- Follow agreed timelines and guidance to ensure the stability and sustainability of AWS next-generation networks.
- Regularly lift and/or move equipment and network gear up to 39lbs.; and participate in group lifts for 39+lbs.
- Learn to work with established best practices to refine operational procedures, participate in develop of new tooling and always think about ways to improve the current procedures and processes.Santiago De Queretaro, MEX
