System Qualification Engineer day to day workexamine new modules and system, assess their integration complexity to existing / new system and how they might affect the system overall performance. Work involvesdisciplines and conducting complex experiments on real tools or dedicated simulatorsapproval or rejection of the suggested design

Roles & Responsibilities

• Early involvement in development phases tooptimizesuggested design alternatives

• Eng,Physiscs, SWeng., Mechanics etc.

• Perform detailed risk assessment from module to system levelandassessthe impacton system performanceandintegrity

• efineset ofexperimentstovalidatethe design,while consideringefficientrisk red

• eadcomprehensivetestingon simulators&real toolsandperform detailed analysis oncollected data

• Share conclusionsonthemoduleperformanceand existing gaps to address

• Provide recommendations forperformancespecsand promote corrective actionsfor future designs

• Approve final design and specs to be “field ready”

• develop validation tools and capabilitiesformodulesand systemperformance evaluation

• ravelfornew designsimplementationand forcomplexsystemissuestroubleshooting
