What you'll do...

Sam’s Club the websites and associates. As a part of a Design team that is at the forefront of retail, you will be responsible for building best-in-class experiences that drive continuous improvement. If motivated by complex, purposeful challenges, a Design role at Sam’s Club could be what been looking for.

As a Senior Content Designer content that is purposeful, clear, compelling , on-brand and consistent. with design shape products and foster inclusive member and associate with your artful use of voice, content best practices and end-to-end content strategies. focus on growing your strengths in storytelling to present your vision and product design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the broader team. Additionally, contribute to the ongoing evolution of UX design systems and style guides and processes that enable the team to scale efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do:

  • Designing best-in-class content experiences with a focus on craft and compelling writing.

  • Developing a deep understanding of the Sam’s Club brand voice and how our members and associates speak.

  • Multitasking across different projects and adapting to changing priorities.

  • Communicating effectively with empathy and respect .

  • Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional partners.

  • Staying up to date with the latest trends, in and out of retail.

What You'll Bring:

  • A recognized strong writing background that blends brand voice and member experience principles.

  • Experience in retail or transactional products.

  • Strong understanding of member needs such as motivations and behaviors, with the ability to translate them into engaging and actionable UX copy.

  • An eye for details and taking the complex and make it simple .

  • A strong foundation of content design and UX writing principles and practices.

  • Ability to produce great work in short timeframe and adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the business.

  • A self-starter mindset who is well organized and always looking to improve things.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications...
