This position will start with ASEAN and ANZ as the lead markets for expanding analytics capability and implementation, followed by new implementations for other markets including Japan and India.
Key Responsibilities
- With guidance from the Digital Commercial and IT leadership in APAC, the individual will define a customer-centric digital analytics strategy and implementation in line with Boston Scientific’s commercial efforts and to digitize our business
- With time, lead the execution of a cutting-edge digital sales ecosystem insights generation to drive growth and revenue
- Develop protocol/procedures for scaling and complimenting high-impact integrated processes across APAC markets in line with Boston Scientific’s commercial priorities that deliver at or above agreed-upon targets for Boston Scientific’s businesses
- Partner with 3rd party provider(s), to enhance existing features and add new features to existing platforms to enhance HCP, sales, marketing, finance, and operations team experiences that fit with Boston Scientific’s business strategies
- Act as the Insights and analytics product owner on a scrum team consisting of technical leads, developers, and scrum masters working within a larger, cross-team backlog
- Collaborate with sales enablement and marketing cloud product owners to enhance and evolve the ecosystem
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams at the country, region, and globe to define country-specific digital sales ecosystem requirements, stakeholder management, and legal compliance reviews and approvals
- Lead data analytics integration roll-out plans and collaborate with change management teams for country-specific executions to build up the organization’s digital capability
- Influence various functions and levels within the organization with strong interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills
- Be the main point of contact for ongoing vendor relationships
- Manage multiple programs at once and effectively prioritize work for both digital strategy and implementation
- Play a thought leader role by sharing knowledge and best practices within the organization
- Partner with in-house Omni-channel business analysts, Salesforce specialists, Mobile App platform developers, Website platform developers, and content and Mixed Reality platform specialists
- In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures
- With time, manage a team of 3 specialists
- With time, expand the scope to Manage Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community and Service Cloud development teams at the country, and regional level to drive a future-ready digital ecosystem

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years developing digital ecosystems for large-scale organizations in B2C or B2B environments
- 5+ years of experience with CRM, analytics, and insights platforms
- Proven capability in managing a team
- Experience working with Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud
- Experience in building and implementing a new digital plan in medical device, biopharma, or healthcare fields
- Experience partnering in/with sales teams and marketing teams in the APAC region
- Digital native, with a passion for new technology innovations
- Strong digital technology acumen and a proven track record of developing and implementing impactful digital solutions that drive business results
- Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset towards complex challenges
- Proven success as part of a cross-functional team working in/with a multi-cultural work environment
- Experience designing solutions that correspond to driving customers through a decision journey
- Strong stakeholder management experience from senior country leadership to on-the-ground sales reps across markets in APAC including Japan, China, Australia, and Korea

- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- A strong understanding of digital platforms, user experience, and content strategy is preferred
- Experience working with raw data and drawing key recommendations to optimize the digital solutions landscape
- Experience working with Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Experience in optimizing channels to improve customer experience and sales rep experience based on big data and machine learning
- BI tool experience (such as Tableau, power BI, Sales Cloud dashboards)
