As a working student, you will support our Services Delivery team in coordinating projects with a strong focus on compliance, data protection, and security requirements. You will be part of a structured process involving various internal and external stakeholders such as Security, Data Protection, WoCCo, and the Works Council.Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the creation of Security Concepts, Authorization and Deletion Concepts
• Preparing and maintaining entries in the PET system (Privacy Evaluation Tool)
• Assisting with alignment processes involving WoCCo representatives and the Works Council
• Documenting, tracking, and contributing to process optimization
• Reviewing and analyzing project-related documentation and mock-ups
• Communicating with various interfaces (Legal, IT, Project Management)
• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Management, Linguistics, or related disciplines
• Computer skills: Confident use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is a plus, experience with Figma is a plus
• Language skills: Fluent in German (C1 level or higher), good English skills
• Soft skills: Structured and reliable, strong communication skills, solution-oriented mindset, proactive and collaborative team player

Whether working remotely or on-site in Walldorf, you will be a valued member of the team from day one, with close support during onboarding and ongoing collaboration.
