The primary responsibility of the Relationship Associate will be to support the Relationship Managers in servicing the banking & financing needs of Mid-Market clients, in deepening existing client relationships and in acquiring & onboarding new commercial banking clients' across the Czech Republic, predominantly in Consumer and Healthcare sectors.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Understanding of key commercial banking processes & solutions.
Close co-ordination with Product partners, Transaction Management, Credit Risk management Services (CRMS) and the Documentation Unit (DCU)
Close interaction with operational teams throughout the KYC renewal process. Ensure sufficient controls are in place for all new and existing clients, through the established KYC / AML process and lead any control or remediation requirements
Responsible for processing client opportunities through CRM, initiate CRM workflow for account opening and other Treasury & Trade Solution (TTS) products. Take ownership of documentation related queries and wider implementation during onboarding phase
Co-ordinate / maintain account structures - assist with account opening/closing and excess management
Assist Relationship Managers in the co-ordination of ad-hoc regulatory/data review exercises, and help with data streamlining exercises, making the necessary system adjustments where appropriate
Previous banking experience. Working within Commercial/Corporate banking is desirable
Experience in a Client Relationship role or client facing role
Knowledge of general banking processes, onboarding processes and cash management & liquidity
Fluency in Czech and English
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Controls & compliance
Proficiency with Microsoft and CRM applications
Understanding ofprocess advantageous
