Job Description

This individually will work, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 Central. You'll also be required to work 10-hour days, including a Saturday or a Sunday, during April peak seasons (60-hour weeks). Overtime may also be needed, based on business needs.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

This role requires General Agency and IRS clearances before employment may begin. This process may take anywhere from 2-4 months, however, times may vary.

Job highlights:

  • Ensures assigned locations, business units, or proposed products and processes are in compliance with various laws and regulations.
  • Develops and enforces compliance policies and procedures.
  • Acts as the primary compliance consultant/resource for assigned location, business units, or products with respect to questions, consulting, and training.
  • Participates in, and ensures compliance in the design and development of policies, procedures, processes and training programs.
  • Analyzes new and pending laws and regulations which directly affect company practices and works with affected areas to ensure appropriate compliance.
  • May be involved in a variety of compliance projects and initiatives regarding information disclosure, legal proceedings, etc. Performs periodic reviews to assess level of regulatory compliance.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically less than one year of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
-Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate

- Basic knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations
- Some knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $22.50 - $30.00 - $33.00
