In this role, you’re expected to:
This role will involve the sourcing,validationand accounting of Corporate Action events with a particular focus on Fund-of-Fund Income and voluntary events on Fixed Income, Equities and CFDs
Reviews all Corporate Action/Proxy events received and ensures detailed understanding and processingrequirements
Liaise with all units and departments relating andimpactingclients on Corporate Action
Reviews and updates all processes and procedurestimelyandaccurately
Identifiesand reports any gaps/systemenhancement
Participates in all testing and successfulimplementations
Escalates issues to management,participatesin cross-training activities and all other job duties asassigned
Addresses internal and external queries on Corporate Actions ina timelyand professional manner, engaging with other Citi teams as necessary to ensure we provide a comprehensive andaccurateresponse
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstratingparticular consideration
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
0-3 years relevant experience
Knowledge of multiple types of investment instrumentsincludingEquity securities, Fixed Income and Asset Backed securitiesis preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access- is desired)
Proven success as a team player
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
