Reporting to thethewill be on-site in a highly visible role and be accountable for calendar management, travel arrangements, coordination of meetings, events and logistics as needed.
What a typical day looks like:
Manages calendar and assists with organizing priorities for Site Manager
Arranges travel, team meetings and site tours
Prepares reports, communications, and presentation materials
Partners with local HR team to help direct employee engagement activities and initiatives
Coordinates with site teams to manage logistics as needed
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Experience interacting with senior management and functioning as a liaison to advance various initiatives and site operations
Highly detailed and strong organizational skills
Calendar management and travel itinerary experience
Proactive and great follow-up skills; enjoys partnering with various departments to achieve results
Excellent communication skills; verbal, oral and written (preparing materials for high visibility presentations)
Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint); advanced skills, a plus!
