KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Support the manufacturing and production of electronic systems
- Support operations in improving the effectiveness of production lines with regards to repair and overhaul of avionics products
- Liaise with the technical team to develop and modify tools, methods, and repair processes as necessary to improve specific repair and overhaul processes
- Identify and drive continuous improvement on the efficiency and methods of the site's repair processes, such as test equipment, tooling, etc., to improve productivity at the site
- Explore opportunities for automation or digitizing current standing processes at the site
- Perform component and system analysis to ensure optimal performance and reliability
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- 2+ years of experience working in the avionics or electronics industry
- Strong knowledge of electronic design principles and practices
- Circuit analysis knowledge
- Technical writing skills
- Ability to speak, read and write English
