What you need to know about the role:
Your way to
a rolling and robust pipeline of Payment ISO partners and Referral Partners.
Your day-to-day
Identify Payment ISOs – to support the distribution and reselling of PayPal’s paymentsolutions
Identify Potential Referral Partnerships, Local & Enterprise level, who will provide dependable sales leads for PayPal’s direct Sales Teams
Efficiently onboard & enable partners to a newly developed ISO & Referral channel
Ensure capability for ISO teams to close ‘in-channel’ from opportunity identification to merchant onboarding – acting as a Partner Enablement function
Ensure capability for Referral Partners to identify leads within their commercial audiences
Consult & build flexible, local incentive plans for ISO & Referral Partners to promote behaviour and adoption.
Promote additional ‘value add’ PayPal services & products to and through a newly developed Referral & ISO Partnerships Channel
Manage the newly developed Referral & ISO Partnerships Channel, ensuring commercial agreements and obligations are maintained.
Efficiently manage Opportunity Pipeline via CRM
Deliver against monthly goals and KPI’s including onboarding of new partners, merchants per partner, and revenue per merchant.
What do you need to bring
6 or more years of experience with aBachelor’s Degree
Proven financial services or payments industry experience
Strong understanding of payments partner ecosystem network of contacts in ISOs, Referrals, Payments, Key verticals
Experience managing enterprise relationships within commercial partnerships, leading referrals in the affiliate marketing space.
track recordof planning,managingand closing multiple complex, competitive sales efforts and managing deals from negotiation to closing and through delivery
Exquisite verbal and written communication skills, including large-group presentations, with proven executive presence
Experience building sound business cases, designing payment solutions relevant to the market, and delivering results within budget.
Strategic thinking and thought leadership
Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, and to influence senior management and other relevant parties
