Description
Vendor Management: Effective management of outside counsel, with the objective of uplifting the employee experience and service delivery.Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to Apple employees and internal Apple stakeholders on legislative changes, requirements, and best practices to ensure proper handling of cases.Superior Storytelling: Leveraging data to tell a comprehensive and compelling story to help influence People-related programs and objectives.Project Management and Team Support: Assist the broader immigration team with other immigration-related projects as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of overall regional immigration experience, with focus on Greater China with a multi-national company or consulting firm
- Superior understanding of Greater China immigration laws and regulations
- Minimum of BA/BS or equivalent is required, preferably in Law or Legal Studies
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly organised self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to changing needs and demands
- Successful track record partnering with all levels of clients and partners (HR, Recruiting, Business leaders, etc.)
- Develop, design and conduct training for stakeholders on ongoing basis in relation to immigration matters
- Ability to use data and analytics to build insights for planning purposes, reporting on trends and key data to develop the program further
- Resilient, confident speaker with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with Mac OS and workday knowledge is a plus
