- Experience following existing test plans to execute test cases
- Experience gathering logs/traces for further debugging when errors occur
- Experience filing valid bugs with relevant details
- Experience reproducing and documenting errant component behavior
- Experience escalating defects when high severity issues are discovered

- Experience testing Mobile Applications
- Experience with test plan management tools, TestRail, Dynamics or similar
- Experience with bug tracking tools, JIRA or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with technicians and engineers at all levels when troubleshooting problems
