Key responsibilities include -

  1. Selling BMC Professional Services offerings to current BMC customers
  2. Connecting and building relationships with BMC Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers.
  3. Owning services pursuits (signings quota) and revenue performance in territory.
  4. Participate in the SOW/RFP process handling customer’s objections and explaining BMC solutions in prep meetings, requirements workshops, and discovery sessions.
  5. Working in conjunction with our Solution Architects, leveraging technical knowledge and positioning BMC as a champion against competitors.
  6. Identifying risks, resource allocations, and schedules for project success and customer value realization
  7. Making sure that work is performed in compliance with SOP’s
  8. Being recognized by customer as a trusted advisor in product deployment and process decisions.

To be a successful Services Sales Manager, you’ll need

  1. Demonstrable experience of selling Software or Services
  2. Have met and exceeded bookings and targets.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout a delivery process.
  4. Strong presentation skills: Showing the value, capabilities, and differentiators of Complex service solutions using methodologies and service offerings.
  5. Can articulate relevant customer success stories and metrics that demonstrate value to the customer.
