Key responsibilities include -
- Selling BMC Professional Services offerings to current BMC customers
- Connecting and building relationships with BMC Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers.
- Owning services pursuits (signings quota) and revenue performance in territory.
- Participate in the SOW/RFP process handling customer’s objections and explaining BMC solutions in prep meetings, requirements workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Working in conjunction with our Solution Architects, leveraging technical knowledge and positioning BMC as a champion against competitors.
- Identifying risks, resource allocations, and schedules for project success and customer value realization
- Making sure that work is performed in compliance with SOP’s
- Being recognized by customer as a trusted advisor in product deployment and process decisions.
To be a successful Services Sales Manager, you’ll need
- Demonstrable experience of selling Software or Services
- Have met and exceeded bookings and targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout a delivery process.
- Strong presentation skills: Showing the value, capabilities, and differentiators of Complex service solutions using methodologies and service offerings.
- Can articulate relevant customer success stories and metrics that demonstrate value to the customer.
