You will innovate with your team to provide delightful answers to customers by incorporating world knowledge in matching and ranking models, and helping the models deeply understand semantic meaning in descriptive and conversational queries such as "light tent for snow camping with my son", “best toys for on the go” or “cheap plus size summer pajamas”.Key job responsibilities- You will analyze large scale datasets- invent techniques that improve capabilities such as understanding of natural language queries, questions and conversations
- test your ideas in controlled experiments
- train, fine-tune and align Large Language Models (LLMs).

- 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
- PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning

- Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy etc.
- Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark etc.
