The Human Resources (HR) Delivery Partner Associate is an entry level position responsible for contributing to the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in providing a broad range of HR services to client groups within Citi.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct several regular reporting activities, including extraction, validation, and distribution of weekly and monthly reports in Excel
· Monitor HR discipline cases for errors and quality control, working with HR agents to remediate, if necessary
· Create and maintain ServiceNow (SNOW) dashboards and reports to support the greater Global Discipline Delivery (GDD) team
· Work with our SNOW technology partners to assist with UAT testing of system enhancements, as needed
· Conduct ad-hoc reporting and metrics as needed · Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation while ensuring consistency in content and formatting
· Provide support to HR business units with reporting, monitoring, and data analyst activities as needed
· Ensure relevant policies and procedures are adhered to by the HR team
· Assist with process administration and documentation
· Utilize HR knowledge to assist with identifying/resolving issues in accordance with Citi standards and practices
· Assist in providing informal guidance and on the job training for new hires
· Contribute to workflow or process change and redesign
· Assist in directing day-to-day work of junior level employees
· Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of relevant experience
· Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
· Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
· Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
