Be the driving force of Quality Assurance in Compliance with Quality and Regulatory Requirements for Philips Russia & Central Asia.

Your role:

1. As a
Quality Manager for RCA marketwill be responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System in the RCA market ensuring a process\products\services meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required for the market, including. That includes:

• Supporting in the development and revision of core business processes and standard operating procedures to assure compliance with global polices and local regulations;
• Overseeing and guiding business processes and procedures;
• Being accountable for the transformation of all current QMS's parts in scope towards the single PQMS structure;
• Supporting (local) process ownership for all activities under the PQMS governance in scope;
• Ensuring quality requirements are effective in all processes in PQMS scope.

2. Planning, conducting and reporting on the results of internal audits of the quality management system.

3. Managing corrective and preventive actions, coordinating with process owners and monitoring progress.

4. Providing integrated information (results of audits, customer survey and development) for management reviews of the quality management system.

7. Drive the improvement process in Quality field:

• Participation in contract and quality agreement review with Partners, performance of periodic capability assessments.
• Risk analysis for divisions (business continuity) when requested by divisions.
• Performing other Quality & Regulatory related tasks per request of Management.

- You are Quality professional able to use resourcefulness and strategic thinking to navigate complex multi-site, matrix environment to deliver project.

- You have proven experience in QMS maintenance (ISO 9001, ISO13485 - preferable).

- You are educated to at least Bachelor degree level.

- You are fluent in both English and Russian.
