In this role you will be responsible for project delivery, design management & project management, for positioning and winning projects involving a range of services. The role will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for Jacobs to plan, develop, deliver and operate a range of projects.
Job Description:
- Reviewing all aspects of design and construction for consistency and safety, including leading HAZOP and PHA Reviews
- Breadth of experience across multiple technical disciplines
- Understand project technical elements
- Understand project processes and how disciplines interact
- Co-ordination of people and processes
- Contributes to a culture of excellence in quality work and successful projects
- Build appropriate relationships with relevant project stakeholders/ leads
- Works towards achieving “best for project” outcomes
- Provide feedback and coaching to other team members
- Supports internal learning and development / knowledge sharing in area of expertise within Jacobs.
- Develop working relationships across various disciplines
- Support relationships with client on projects Project Delivery and Performance
- Experience in major and multidisciplinary API and Biotech projects
- A desire to achieve high quality output and deliver excellent service
- Identify and address issues that would impact on desired project outcomes
- Provide progress information to allow accurate reporting of progress
- Identify and communicate resource availability / constraints
lls and Competencies Required:
- BE Chemical with 10- 15 years Experience.
- Strong Technical Skills in carrying out process safety studies for large/medium secondary and consumer plants and large / medium primary API plants.
- Should be able to undertake PHIRA studies such as EHS screening, HAZID, HAZOP, What-If Studies, SIL assessment etc.
- Provide technical support to the process team to help evaluate risks and cost effectively ensure Process Safety at site
- Engineer the Hazardous area classification studies
- Thorough knowledge on applicable international standards of process safety.
