A Learning and Development System Administrator Specialist provides technical leadership in support of CyberArk’s learning management systems. This position is responsible for the operational performance of a Learning Management Systems on daily basis: design, optimize processes, generate insightful reports, manage learning content, and ensure compliance with learning initiatives.

- Manage and maintain the LMS and other licensed learning platforms.
- Add and update learning content, courses, and training materials.
- Assign learning items based on predefined rules and organizational needs.
- Develop and streamline processes within the LMS to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for system improvements and implement solutions.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with mandatory training requirements.
- Generate and analyse reports to provide insights on learning completion rates, progress, and gaps.
- Follows regular product releases to optimize the capabilities of the systems.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for LMS-related inquiries and issues.
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot system problems as needed.
