Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans and procedures to validate system performance, reliability, and safety according to industry standards and regulations.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to system design and implementation, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation including system designs, test reports, and technical specifications. Provide regular progress updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to automotive systems engineering. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system design processes and methodologies.
All you need is:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field- MUST . Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering- MUST
Experience with Linux operating systems and shell scripting- MUST
Strong understanding of automotive systems, including electrical/electronic architectures, CAN/ETH communication protocols.
Experience with automotive development processes (e.g., ASPICE, AUTOSAR) and automotive safety standards (ISO 26262) an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team environment.
