In this role, you will:
To oversee and independently assess the Front Line's execution of its risk management responsibilities and Front Line risk decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Operational Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in risk management (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management)
- Industry certifications from ISACA or IIA.org preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in Internal Audit and External Audit
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to draw conclusions and translate findings from complex data
- Experience gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while prioritizing work and balancing multiple priorities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organization levels, where flexibility, collaboration and adaptability are important
- Ability to exercise independent judgement and creative problem solving techniques
- Experience in reporting and Insights
