Job Description:

Delivery Lead/Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing leadership, direction, and oversight to a team as they deliver technology solutions. Key responsibilities of the role include Planning, Execution, Risk and Financial management.

• Lead and manage large-scale projects, programs with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
• Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Define and track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align project goals with organizational objectives.
• Foster effective communication and stakeholder management
• Coach and develop team members to enhance project management skills.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes, standards, and methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management.
• Ensure correct use of enterprise-wide requirements definition/management systems, methodologies, toolkits, and process standards throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements:

Education: B.E/B.Tech / M.E/MCA

Certificate if any:

Experience range: 12 -16+ years

Foundational Skills

• Project Planning and Execution experience -Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior project management role
• Proven experience in managing projects with budgets over $2 million and teams of 20+ members.
• Experience in Risk, Issues and Financial Management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience with project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project & Jira)
• Experience on Agile Methodology and SAFe Framework
• Strong Communication and effective Reporting
• Domain knowledge in Corporate Banking and Markets

Desired skills:

• Professional certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
• MS Project, Word and Excel
