Reporting to the Clinic Doctorthis role involves responsibilities for General and emergency medical care, implementation and coordination of Preventive Medicine Campaigns, perform the Epidemiological Surveillance of Occupationally Exposed Personnel (POE's) to Work Hazards, together with the personnel ofEH&S.
What a typical day looks like:
- Coordination, attention, and reporting of emergencies and/or general illness care
- Management and control of procedures before IMSS-STPS (sick leave, ST7, among others)
- Legal compliance
- Monthly monitoring and reporting of indicators
- Monitoring and coordination of audits for the cafeteria
- Management and control of supplies and medications
- Management of emergency vehicles
- Administration of personnel
- Attention and support for health campaigns
- Document control corresponding to the Occupational Health system
- Coordination and execution of medical exams (Recruitmen, occupationally exposed personnel, periodic, transfer, presumptive, first responders, among others)
- Attention to visits from government agencies.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Availability for 3 shift is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine; Master's degree in Occupational Safety preferred.
- Experience with inspections and visits from STPS and IMSS.
- ISO 14000 and ISO 45000 knowledge.
- Ability to perform numerical analysis of information and KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills.
