As Team Leader under Electrical Discipline, you will provide pastoral care and supervision for our growing Teams. With the support of the Leadership Team, this Role will foster an inclusive and diverse culture across teams to create the right working environment that embodies our Culture of Caring and prioritizes the health and wellbeing of AF team members. · Relevant Degree qualification. · Significant experience in the execution of Engineering and Design projects in the relevant sectors. · Preferably have leadership experience in a technical or project delivery field. · Proficient in multi-disciplinary integrated design management and digital information systems. · Awareness of individual capability limitations and technical compete. · Competent in the preparation of engineering documentation.
