Provide
At least 3 years’ experience in Computing Technical Support or a position of similar as Tier 3 at major OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer, like Dell, HP, IBM, NetApp,…)
• Excellent time management, decision-making, prioritization and organization skills.
• Proven experience as a network/server engineer.
Proven experience with Microsoft/ Linux operating systems.
• Team player with fantastic communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent English – verbal and written
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Required education: Bachelor / master’s degree in computer science and / or engineering and/or other technical degree
