Minimum Role expectations:

Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross functional development team which develops workflow solutions across different modules on ServiceNow. Ideal candidate should have experience working on more than one of the applications listed: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM / ITAM ) and other custom application development.Should have good experience in developing integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modulesDevelop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboardsSupport the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user stories
Perform application testing
Create and maintain system design and operations documentation
Excellent communications skills
Excellent teamwork skills

Technical Qualifications:

ServiceNow Admin certified (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist ( CIS for any of the modules)
Certified Application Developer
