You will be responsible for staff competency and development, assuring adherence to company policy and procedures. You will be directly managing and working closely with the Program Team. You will be leading and contributing to the success of a complex team project such as program startup and Input Baseline Record (IBR). You will perform complex tasks independently on large programs/projects with one or more sites or enterprises. You will mentor the Analysts and develop specific project work instructions.

- Perform rate analysis
- Analyze performance
- Some directly related experience (with analyzing data, forecasting and proposal preparation).
- Frequent internal and external customer contact, the ability to deliver high quality, complex products using effective time management skills, and must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to cross-functional teams.
- PMP (Project Management Professionals Certification a plus.
