Be part of a team that designs, develops and executes Testsand Test Solutions for all products falling under the (EPS) Engines and Power Systems umbrella. You will play a significant role among a group of engineers andtechnicians in the development and certification of a variety of auxiliarypower units (APUs), power systems and propulsion engines (fan and shaft power).

• Learns new engine models while taking increasingly independent role in preparation, execution and troubleshooting of Development and Certification Tests while also supporting Production and Overhaul (FAA Safety Sensitive) groups.
• Applies knowledge of complex mechanical products test methods to learn engine models, systems and test equipment
• Provides constructive feedback on test plans and test approaches, Models Safety, HOS, Behaviors and Continuous Improvement
• Supports team in establishing solutions to meet requirements for innovative test solutions for new and existing products

• High School Diploma orGED
• Minimum 5-7 years of related experience in a Test, Engineering or related Technician role, supporting integrated mechanical, electrical and/or hydraulic systems

• Strong troubleshooting skills with complex, integrated systems with emphasis on driving the team to identify root cause as well as contributing causes – and playing a role in recommending and implementing corrective actions
• Experience in some of the following is of value:
  • Experience executing complex and/or unique Turbine Engine Tests
  • Experience in Test, Engineering and/or assembly Technician role related to Turbine Engine, APUs, propulsion, power systems, or related
  • Experience in a Test engineering environment
• Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work independently – toward achieving team, project and organization vision
• Demonstrated ability to make timely decisions inthe face of ambiguous and complex situations
