- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in product management leadership providing product vision and roadmaps.
- Experience building and scaling enterprise data analytics products, vision, roadmap development, positioning, industry needs, and field enablement.
- Experience with enterprise infrastructure software including data market segments, and experience with AI and GenAI and how it's being applied in an enterprise context (e.g. Data Analytics).
- Experience working with and driving change across cross-functional partners.
- Experience in streaming analytics technology and its application, and in building and delivering products in Data Analytics.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in strategic thought leadership, with the ability to drive business excellence and operational/product efficiency while simplifying existing go-to-market models.
- Experience leading in a highly matrixed organization in a global capacity, balancing local nuances with global scalability.
- Experience driving thought leadership with industry analysts and press, including experience working with Gartner.
- Deep exposure to enterprise data and analytics market segments, with additional expertise in application development, analytics, and AI/ML.
