Description
- Leading Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operations team in planning and executing development builds and new product ramps. - Drive ramp readiness with engineering, operations and OEM teams. - Plan capacity and lead factory equipment budget. - Handle component readiness to ensure part availability, quality and cost. - Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams. - Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality - Leading all communications, upward and downward through the organization; raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain or Product/Program Management.
  • MS or BS Degree, MBA is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, hands-on and results driven.
  • Solid communication skills and ability to build strong relationship to influence cross functional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 30-35%.
  • Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $151,200 and $227,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
