Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
Experience in people management.
Experience with the energy landscape in the U.S. Eastern region, including key stakeholders, critical issues, and market trends at both the state and regional levels.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working on clean energy policy and regulatory subject matter, especially relating to electric utilities, rate design and analysis, and related topics. Experience winning outcomes in regulatory and legislative arenas, especially within stakeholder coalitions.
Knowledge of key stakeholders, issues, and market trends within the US-Eastern region at the state and regional levels.
Ability to creatively solve multi-stakeholder issues and grow in ambiguous and uncertain environments.
Excellent communication skills, project management skills, and executive presence.
