Reporting to the Project Manager, this is a site based position that interacts directly with the project team and general contractor. In this role you’ll monitor and inspect materials and to make recommendations to changes in procedures to senior staff. You’ll provide direction to the team regarding quality, safety, and general day to day operations, and challenge yourself by reviewing and resolving technical problems, ensuring compliance on inspections, and helping field staff to ensure all quality inspections are complete. Utilizing your expertise, you’ll perform all aspects of inspections to include all reporting, providing communication to the project team and ensuring the requirements of the project are successfully met

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in construction involving multiple phases of medium-to-large scale building/rehabilitation projects
- Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Professional Engineer (PE)
- OSHA 10 or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
