Your key responsibilities
• Collaborating with diverse client engagement teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Building long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Supporting practice development through thought leadership, marketing, and training.
• Demonstrating technical capabilities in Finance operations, operating models, and enabling technologies.
• Staying current on industry trends and sharing insights with clients and colleagues.
Skills and attributes for Success
• Strong process improvement experience in areas like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Budgeting, Planning, and Reporting.
• Ability to manage client expectations and communicate effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to lead junior team members.
• Business acumen and adaptability to new knowledge.
Ideally, You’ll also have
• Professional qualifications such as MBA, ACCA/ACA/CIMA or PMP/Prince2.
• Experience in finance transformation and technology projects.
• Proven ability to shape business proposals and manage stakeholder relationships.
