What you will accomplish:
Develop and implement brand and integrated marketing strategies that effectively promote our collectibles business and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with partners, business, and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
Work with cross functional teams to bring the Collectibles partnership value proposition to life across social, influencers, email, web, and events, connected to the overarching Collectibles marketing strategy.
Work with market research to identify trends within the Collectibles industry and gain insights into customer preferences and behaviors.
Oversee the budget for marketing campaigns and ensure all activities deliver a strong return on investment.
Analyze campaign performance data to evaluate success and find opportunities for optimization.
Foster relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and collectors to expand our reach and build brand loyalty.
What you will bring:
A minimum of 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated campaigns and the collectibles industry.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies across various channels.
Experience with brand foundations, architecture and integration.
Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and reporting on campaign performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
A deep understanding of the collectibles market and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
