We work closely with our external global peers, partners, and regulators, and play an integral part in leading an agenda at the forefront to optimize and streamline processes and drive strategy across our industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop regulatory controls and governance frameworks to ensure timely and accurate reporting of data to our regulators on behalf of Citi, including partnering with Ops, Tech, Transformation, IA, Compliance, and Legal

  • Oversight and management of Regulatory changes - BoW management working with technology to deliver all required changes/enhancements.

  • Continually identify and develop areas of improvement and evolve best practices

  • Ongoing regulatory exception monitoring with production of Management Information

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant professional experience within Financial Services

  • Current Regulatory knowledge – i.e. CFTC, SEC - desirable

  • Current working knowledge of OTC products – desirable

  • Prior experience with reconciliation and exceptions management – desirable

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree OR equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
