Job Description

Bring energy, knowledge, innovation, and leadership to carry out the following:

• Lead the SAP ISO team and enhances KPIs related to SAP ISO activities to achieve team targets.
• Take responsibility for performance management, people/talents development and team building initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively in cross functional workstreams to ensure operational support and adapting working models, as necessary.
• Be the MES SME for the department, ensuring effective dispense flows and troubleshooting of issues that arise on a day-to-day basis.
• Support the dispensary & warehouse department to provide a culture of continuous improvement regarding the on-site distribution of dispensed materials to key internal customers, i.e. manufacturing, Labs, MS&T, etc.
• Proactively promote a culture within the team of seeking opportunities to reduce cost and increase productivity, i.e. reduction in consumable spend, improved scheduling, trusted dispense opportunities etc.
• Contribute to the overall dispensary strategy for the department, with focus on material supply to manufacturing and participating in wider warehouse/logistics activities.
• Review and assist in updating the dispensary procedures as required.

What Skills Will You Need:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse, dispensary, or logistics, in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar operating industry.
• Preferably a Level 7 qualification in a related discipline.
• Excellent knowledge of computerized production and inventory control systems (SAP & MES) and documentation practices.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/FDA regulatory requirements, housekeeping, health, and safety.
• Capability to interact and communicate with all levels of operational teams and greater Supply Chain team and the ability to influence decision making in a manner that achieves the best possible solution for the organization.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Dispensary operations and knowledgeable on use of equipment used in a RM Sampling/Dispensary Operation, i.e. Downflow booths, scales, Fume hoods, drum movers, etc.
• Knowledge of and experience in applying Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
