Own the intake process for functional IT needs
Create cross-functional collaboration by speaking expertly on both the business goals and the technology vision
Collaborate with the broader BSC IT Architect community to ensure functional needs are represented
Define, promote, and support the principles and standards of the enterprise architecture
Develop and maintain working relationships with a diverse group of business, functional and technical teams
Translate business goals into appropriate solutions while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution
Develop proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions
Participate in the development of cost/benefit analyses; drives buy/rent/build analyses

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
10+ years of combined IT Analyst, Developer or Architect experience
5+ years working on Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software platforms
Must have experience collecting and documenting business capability needs and recommending solutions in a strategic plan
Proven leadership in partnering with external vendors and business partners on projects
Experience in regulated environment
Experience working in a matrix environment and delivering projects and services via a combination of internal, contract, and outsourced resources
Ability to travel a small percentage of time as needed (less than 25%)
English language required C2: 90-95%
