- Experience in mechanical design, developing parts and assemblies in 3D CAD
- Innovative thinking, high personal motivation, deep engineering capability and strong fundamentals
- Able to travel internationally(up to 20%)
- 1.5+ years experience in Product Design
- Confidence in the areas of: Tolerance Analysis, FEA, Thermal Design, Free Body Diagrams
- BS or MS in Mechanical engineering
- Experience in plastic and metal part design
- Experience with design cycle from concept to high volume manufacturing
- 3+ years experience in Product Design
- Direct management or leadership of product development engineering teams
- Unigraphics NX fluency
- Expertise in the areas of: GD&T, Tolerance Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Design of Experiments, FEA, Thermal Design, Free Body Diagrams
