Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the studio’s brand identity and marketing objectives.

· Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform strategy adjustments.

· Collaborate with art teams to produce high-quality multimedia content.

· Manage and maintain the company's presence on key social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and emerging platforms.

· Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and mentions relevant to the industry and brand.

· Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of campaigns, posts, and overall social media efforts.

· Provide regular reports detailing key performance metrics and insights to guide future strategies.

· Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to boost engagement and drive specific objectives, such as lead generation or product launches.

Requirements:

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

· Strong understanding of various social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for details.

· Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.

· Creative thinking and ability to translate ideas into engaging content.

· Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

· Familiarity with design tools and basic graphic design concepts (a plus).

· Strong interest in gaming (a plus)
