- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certification in PMP.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing execution and high quality product delivery.
- Experience working with or for U.S. State, Local, and Education organizations.
- Experience in executive level communications.
- Experience in problem-solving across distributed, fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
- Ability to be an influential leader of an integrated team of both technical and non-technical members.
