Job responsibilities:
- Manage the entire life cycle for Corporate Actions, Income and Proxy
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures
- Understand, follow, and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations
- Identify, evaluate, and deliver process improvement initiatives
- Ensure that documentation is maintained up to date
- Monitor and chase queries to ensure timely completion based on deadlines/urgency/escalations
- Take process trainings for new joiners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Graduate with with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong client focus: adhering to response times and maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Leadership skills: collaborate with and lead others by influence, with decision-making and problem-solving aptitude.
- Assertiveness: willingness and ability to challenge the status quo and express opinions.
- Strong interpersonal skills: build effective business relationships with cross-functional/geographical teams.
- Adaptability: perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization.
- Control-oriented and risk awareness: understand operational risks to reduce risk profile.
- End-to-end process knowledge and SME assistance in key projects.
- Handle miscellaneous process requests and assist with research and investigation.
- Document procedures, identify additional control requirements, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Knowledge of AI tools like Alteryx, Signavio, Tableau etc. would be an added advantage.
